1. Money-Back Guarantee

NetherCloud offers a 48-hour money-back guarantee for all new customers. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason within the first 48 hours of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time purchases only
  • All hosting plans (Spark, Blaze, Inferno, Nether King)
  • Requests submitted within 48 hours of payment

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • • First-time customers
  • • Request within 48 hours
  • • Technical issues we can't resolve
  • • Service not as described

Not Eligible

  • • Request after 48 hours
  • • Repeat customers (renewal)
  • • Account suspended for ToS violation
  • • Already received a refund before

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. 2Provide your account email and order/transaction ID.
  3. 3Explain the reason for your refund request.
  4. 4Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Credit/debit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary by institution
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Service outages lasting more than 24 hours (prorated credit)
  • Downgrading to a lower plan (prorated difference)
  • Extended technical issues affecting your service

6. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of all services
  • Permanent ban from our platform
  • Additional fees being passed to the customer
